Professor at the Technological University of Pereira and Professor of the MA program in History. He is Doctor in Latin American History from the Pablo Olavide University in Seville and postdoctoral fellow at CSIC (Spain). He is the co-author of Entre cerros y montañas: memorias de resistencias en Quinchía Colombia (Editorial desde Abajo, 2020). His recent articles have appeared in Anuario Colombiano de Historia Social y de Colombia (Universidad Nacional de Colombia) and in Utopía y Praxis Latinoamericana (Universidad del Zulia). He coordinates the Philosophy and Memory Research Group (Category "A”) for Colciencias.
