Professor of Journalism and Social Communication Theory at the universities Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) and the University of Santander (UDES), in Bucaramanga, Santander (Colombia). His areas of interest are the exercise of ethical, respectful and responsible journalism, and the exercise of communication in communities. He participated as a communications consultant for the Colombia Responde Program in Lower Cauca in Antioquia and southern Córdoba, exercises in historical memory from a journalistic point of view.
