Abstract

This article has been divided into three parts that correspond to the different resources deployed when using color in Colombian periodicals. The first one focuses on the analysis based on semiotic categories and the contribution of concepts by titles; the second one shows the use of color printing inks as a way to extend the ideology implicit in the title through graphic design; and the third one explores the use of colored paper as an innovative resource when choosing ways to make color visible in these publications.
