María Helena Rueda, Smith College

Maria Helena Rueda is Associate Professor of Spanish and Latin American Studies at Smith College. She authored La violencia y sus huellas: Una mirada desde la narrativa colombiana (Iberoamericana Vervuert 2011) and co-edited Meanings of Violence in Contemporary Latin America (Palgrave 2011). She has also published several articles on literature and film in Latin America, particularly in Colombia.
