As guest editor of Revista de Estudios Colombianos (Vol. 51), I am pleased to present this open-topic journal issue, which includes eight articles covering a variety of predominant literary themes and reflections on the intellectual and economic history of our country.

Clara Eugenia Ronderos, Lesley University

She holds a Ph.D. in Hispanic Literature from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  She is a storyteller, poet, and literary critic. Her most recent books are Ábrete Sésamo (Madrid: Editorial Torremozas, 2016), After the Fable, (Madrid: Verbum, 2018), and De reyes y fuego (Madrid: Torremozas, 2018). She is an Associate Professor of Spanish at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
