Abstract

The book comprises an introduction and five chapters. Colombian Diasporic Identities: Representations in Literature, Film, Theatre, and Art makes a significant contribution to identity studies providing an in-depth exploration of Colombianidad/Colombianess across diverse texts that include authors such as Patricia Engel, Jaime Manrique, Daisy Hernández, Julián Delgado Lopera, John Leguizamo, Juan Andrés Arango García, and Gonzalo Fuenmayor.
